Having gained a previous outline planning consent, DAPA were instructed to reassess the proposal and prepare a detailed design for a new development. The development consists of 25no. residential dwellings which surround the former NHS building. This Grade II listed building has been converted into a further 4no. two bed apartments. We aim to bring new life to this dilapidated listed building and its surrounding grounds.
