In 2017, DAPA achieved planning approval for 32, 3,000+sq. ft manor houses on a greenbelt site located on the edge of Chigwell, serving as an enabling development to release funding for a major refurbishment of the existing Chigwell Primary Academy. Following a change in market conditions, DAPA revaluated the design to achieved planning approval fo 56 more moderately sized dwellings with the same overall footprint and volume as the previously approved development.
